I used to check Simply Breakfast every morning for a bit of inspiration with my coffee. Needless to say I was devastated when Jen told her readers she would no longer be posting pictures of her morning meal (almost) every day. But sometime in the last year I guess she got back to it, as she seems to be posting regularly again.
